Accessing Previous Generated Reports

Repair Ally saves your previously generated Diagnostic Plans and Repair Information reports so you can return to them anytime.

This makes it easy to:

  • Continue unfinished diagnostics

  • Revisit repair information

  • Reference past vehicle issues

  • Review previous test results and recommendations

How to View Previous Reports

  1. Log into your Repair Ally account

  2. Select My Reports from the top navigation bar

  3. Choose the report you want to open

From there, you can:

  • Review the full report

  • Continue diagnostic testing

  • Revisit repair information

  • Access parts and tools lists

What’s Included in My Reports?

Saved reports in the My Reports section include everything in the original report:

  • Vehicle information

  • Symptoms and trouble codes

  • Diagnostic steps and logged results

  • Root cause recommendations

  • Repair guidance

  • Parts, tools, and supply lists

Can I Continue an Existing Diagnostic Plan?

Yes. If you previously started a Diagnostic Plan, you can reopen it and continue logging results without starting over.

This is especially helpful if:

  • You paused troubleshooting

  • You needed additional tools or parts

  • You’re returning to the repair later

Having Trouble Finding a Report?

If you can’t find a previous report:

  • Confirm you’re logged into the correct account

  • Check whether the report was created while signed in

  • Refresh the page or sign out and back in
