How to View Previous Reports
Log into your Repair Ally account
Select My Reports from the top navigation bar
Choose the report you want to open
From there, you can:
Review the full report
Continue diagnostic testing
Revisit repair information
Access parts and tools lists
What’s Included in My Reports?
Saved reports in the My Reports section include everything in the original report:
Vehicle information
Symptoms and trouble codes
Diagnostic steps and logged results
Root cause recommendations
Repair guidance
Parts, tools, and supply lists
Can I Continue an Existing Diagnostic Plan?
Yes. If you previously started a Diagnostic Plan, you can reopen it and continue logging results without starting over.
This is especially helpful if:
You paused troubleshooting
You needed additional tools or parts
You’re returning to the repair later

If you can’t find a previous report:
Confirm you’re logged into the correct account
Check whether the report was created while signed in
Refresh the page or sign out and back in
